Express Detailing – Terms, Conditions & Policies Last updated: December 2025 By booking or using any service provided by Express Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. General Terms Express Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services in Dunedin, New Zealand. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for safety, access, or behavioural reasons. Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. 2. Bookings & Cancellations • All services must be booked in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service price. • Express Detailing reserves the right to reschedule
